Shipping Methods

After your order has been processed, it will be delivered via one of these carriers:

FedEx 2nd Day Air: Mondera offers Free 2nd day Air Shipping on all US orders. Orders shipped by this method will arrive in two days after shipping from Mondera.

FedEx Priority Overnight Air: Mondera offers Free Priority Overnight Air Shipping on all US orders totaling $1,000 or more. Orders shipped by this method will arrive the next business day after shipping from Mondera.

USPS: For Alaska, Hawaii, FPO or APO shipping addresses only. The arrival of the order is usually five business days after shipping from Mondera. However this will vary depending upon the location selected.

Insures and registers all items for their full value
Uses only FedEx and USPS to ensure safe delivery
Requires that all deliveries must be made to a physical business or home address only. Mondera does not ship to P.O. Box addresses
Requires an adult to sign for the package

Calculating Your Delivery Date

You can calculate your delivery date as follows:

Shipping Items with Different Availabilities

Shipping Charge Policy

Mondera offers free shipping for most domestic orders. Some shipping fees may be applied to international shipments or Saturday-delivery shipments. These shipping costs will not be refunded in the event of a Return or Exchange. Additionally, Mondera reserves the right to charge the cost of return-shipping to the Customer under the following conditions:

If any order is returned by the shipping carrier (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS) to Mondera as "undeliverable" because the shipping address provided by the Customer was incorrect.
If the Customer or the order's Recipient refuses to accept the package from the shipping carrier for any reason.

Overnight Shipping

Mondera offers overnight shipping to all its customers as part of its service. However, overnight shipping does not mean overnight processing. All products/orders need to be processed--- after the order is placed. Processing time is dependent on how long it takes to receive/confirm payment and how long it takes to obtain or produce the ordered item. Once the product has been processed, the item will be shipped & reach the customer the following day.
